Our administrators manually check all uploaded files: clear photos, a government-issued identity proof, and a selfie showing the member holding their document for security match.
Upon validation, the profile receives a green "Verified Member" badge. Matrimony profiles become active for match matching and wholesalers receive the verified badge on the Marketplace.
